Welcome to the AG Audiology USA LLC (dba Novahear) website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of SMS Use Cases

By opting into our messaging program, you consent to receive business and non-marketing text messages from AG Audiology USA LLC. These messages are specifically for:

  • B2B Partnership Updates: Status of wholesale applications and dealer registration.

  • Order & Logistics: Information regarding wholesale orders and shipping updates from our fulfillment facility.

  • Appointment Management: Scheduling and reminders for business discovery calls and product demonstrations.

  • Direct Inquiry Responses: Answers to your technical or commercial questions about our audiological solutions.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your business interactions with us. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.

6. Age Restriction (18+)

By opting into AG Audiology USA LLC’s text messaging service, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to provide consent for SMS communications.

7. Operations and Fulfillment

AG Audiology USA LLC operates as an FDA-registered importer. All orders are processed from our FDA-compliant fulfillment facility located at 2900 NW 112th Ave, Unit 1 D4B (E-1), Doral, FL 33172, operated by MÁRCAZ LLC. Warehouse operations run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

8. Privacy

Your personal data and SMS consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
